The Math Solution utilizes a combination of online live video sessions and dual cameras for students. “Dual cameras” means that your student uses a webcam directed at their face, allowing the teacher to recognize visual signs of confusion or understanding, as well as a second device as a document camera aimed at their written work, allowing the teacher to see their mathematical process. In this way, The Math Solution mimics in-person tutoring.

Using online live video sessions means that your student can learn where they are most comfortable, accessing tutoring from home, a coffee shop, or grandma’s house. And they get individualized attention whether they are in a private or a small group session because the teacher can see every screen at once.

At The Math Solution, we know families have busy schedules. That’s why we make it easy for parents to make and change appointments whenever they want, day or night. Our booking and appointment management systems keep track of sessions you’ve signed up for, send a reminder and video link the day before, and allow you to make changes to your student’s tutoring schedule at your convenience.

Accidentally double book your student’s schedule? Don’t worry. You can make changes to a booked session up to 24 hours before, no extra charge, no questions asked. Need to book an extra session before your student’s exam? Our booking system will let you know what is available.
